We'd love to hear from you. ToneVault is a small team and we read every message that comes in. Below are the right channels for the most common reasons people get in touch.
Ringtone requests
Have a Bollywood song you'd love to set as your ringtone but can't find on our site? Send us the song title, the film name and the year (if you know them), and we'll add it to the next batch of new ringtones. We process requests in weekly batches, so allow seven to ten days for a requested ringtone to appear in the catalogue.

If you're a rights holder for any composition represented on this site and you'd like a specific ringtone removed, please use the formal process described on our DMCA page. Filing through that channel is the fastest way to get a ringtone taken down — usually within 24 hours of a complete notice.

Bug reports and site feedback
If something is broken — a download isn't working, a preview won't play, a page is showing the wrong song — please tell us. Include the URL of the page where you saw the issue, the device and browser you were using, and a brief description of what happened.

What we cannot help with
A few things we frequently get asked but cannot help with directly:
- Full song downloads. We host short ringtone-length previews only. For full songs, please use a licensed streaming service.
- Custom ringtones for proprietary recordings. If you have a personal recording you want trimmed to a ringtone, you'll need to use an audio editor or one of the many free MP3-to-ringtone tools online.
- Phone-specific software issues. If your phone is not letting you set ringtones at all, please contact your device manufacturer's support team — that's a platform issue, not a ToneVault one.
